The core business of the SUDVERS GROUP is the industrial and large-scale commercial insurance business, risk management and advisory services in the areas of company pension provision and financial services. The data is only collected, processed or used for the purposes of carrying out the activities specified above.

Customer data, employee data, data on prospective customers and data from suppliers and joint venture partners where such data is needed to carry out the activities specified above.
7. Recipients or categories of recipient to whom data may be disclosed
Public bodies, insurance companies, external joint venture partners / contractors as defined in § 11 BDSG, internal offices and departments in order to carry out the activities specified under 5.
8. Statutory periods for deletion of the data
The government has permitted many different mandatory retention periods. The corresponding data is deleted or destroyed when such periods have elapsed. If data is not affected by such periods, the data shall be deleted when the activities specified above no longer apply.
9. Planned transfer of data to third party states
International customer relationships are supported, with the customer’s agreement, through the WBN international network and other joint venture partners. The customer data is maintained in the worldwide database and made available to individual customers so that they may view their own data.
Apart from this application, data is not transferred to third party states.
