Employee and portofolio development

For us, employing first-class people allows us to offer expert advice to customers. They are the factor that determines our company’s success. All our staff are permanent employees and receive regular training. We are proud of our low staff turnover. In the last ten years, we have been able to more than double our staffing numbers, and now employ 290 people. These people administer premiums amounting to € 218 million.
