Thank you for your interest in our company. We take protecting your personal data seriously and want to make sure that you feel safe and secure with us as a customer or potential customer.

Collection and processing of personal data

When you use our website, we store certain technical data such as the name of the Internet service provider, the web pages that are accessed on our site and the websites that are called from our site, including the date and duration of such access. Personal data is not collected unless it is needed to issue a quotation or to implement a contract.

Use and passing on of personal data and appropriation

In compliance with the applicable regulations relating to the protection of personal data, all personal data that arises in this context shall be collected, processed and used only for the purposes of processing contracts and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests with respect to the advice and support given to our customers and the necessary development of our products. The SÜDVERS GROUP works primarily without processing order data. In those few areas in which order data is processed, contractual agreements have been made with all service providers, who also undertake to protect the data. Service providers are selected for their integrity, the quality of their service and the data protection measures that they take.

Right to information and public processing register

Upon request we shall inform you, in writing and in accordance with the applicable law, whether we have stored personal data about you and which personal data this might be.
We have summarised the information set out in § 4 e BDSG (German Data Protection Act) in our public processing register.

Security

We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect the data you make available to us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.
